TNT Stroke Analysis Lab gives families a simple way to submit a swim video and receive private coach feedback from Tri-County Elite Swim School.
Share swimmer details, choose one to three skill focuses, and tell us what to evaluate.
1 skill for $19, 2 skills for $29, or 3 skills for $39.
Submit one swim video for each purchased skill through the secure upload page.
Your family receives the analysis by email with coaching priorities and drills.
Choose the camera angle that best shows the skill you want reviewed. Your video does not need to be professionally recorded. Keep the swimmer clearly visible, hold the camera steady, and avoid using digital zoom if you can.
Always record from a safe location and follow all pool rules. Never stand on the pool deck where you could interfere with swimmers, coaches, starts, or turns.
Experienced, personal review
Every submitted video is personally analyzed by Brad Bowser, Head Men's Swimming Coach at Rowan University and founder of Tri-County Elite Swim School, in collaboration with the TNT coaching staff.
Drawing on years of experience in stroke mechanics, drill development, starts, turns, and competitive swimming, the team identifies the most important areas for improvement before feedback is sent to the swimmer and family. AI-assisted video tools may support the review, while all final observations and recommendations come directly from experienced coaches.
